How we Collect Personal Data

  • When you sign up

We will collect your personal data when you subscribe to our newsletter or request any content delivered to you by E-mail.

  • When we communicate with you

martinsolhaugen.com collect and process your personal data in order to generate a precondition for offering you marketing or product suggestions.

All emails, meeting notes, and other notes associated with our communication with you will be saved. This retention of data is necessary to help ensure that the communication is kept in a concise and professional manner. Messages that are no longer relevant are the relevant employees themselves responsible for archiving / deleting. If an employee quit, the email account will be terminated, but the contacts and messages of the necessary relevance will be transferred to another employe. A large part of the daily communication takes place by telephone. Phone calls and numbers are not logged, but in some cases the phone number can be stored if it has a purpose for further contact, and that this is natural or agreed upon by the customer. However, you can always let us know if there is certain information you wish us to leave out in the material we retain.

Storing and Processing Data

Martinsolhaugen.com will retain customer data for the duration of the customer relationship.

If a customer relationship discontinues, information related to transactions and contracts will be kept for a further 10 years. When a customer relationship has been inactive for 10 years all personal data will be anonymized or deleted.

Other customer information will be deleted two years after the customer relationship ended.

martinsolhaugen.com has a Data Protection Officer who is in charge of securing the Company’s compliance with privacy laws, regulations and internal policies.
